How many times have you been so focused on work or school that you ate an unplanned snack and didn’t even realize it. Or ate something and barely even remember it?

It happens all the time, especially when eating isn’t at the top of the mind awareness. If this has ever happened to you, I might suggest getting on a pre-planned system, so your “focus” doesn’t get in the way of fat loss.
