Can You Out Train a Bad Diet?

You may or may not have seen the controversy raging through the web about whether or not you can “Out Train” a bad diet….
Most experts say you can’t.
And they’re right to a certain degree….
- If a person is trying to get their BF% into the single digits..
- If they’re heading down the last 3-4 week stretch before a
fitness competition…
- If they’re trying to lose the last 5 to 10-lbs….
Then these experts are dead on the money, because a bad diet
will NOT be overcome by training…
But here’s where they’re dead wrong..
- if you’re not a fitness competitor, you can out train a bad diet
- if you’re not trying to get down to 3% bodyfat, you can out train a
bad diet
- if you’re trying to just simply shed fat, you can out train a bad diet
- and if you have more than 10-lbs to lose you CAN out train a bad diet..
I know this, because I’ve done it.
Yeah, you can lose more fat, and lose it faster if you train with a solid nutrition program…
But the cold hard fact is that your nutrition program Does NOT have to be 100% ON-THE-MONEY to melt your-fat.
Lots of people will think I’m crazy, and while I’m NOT encouraging you to follow a horrible nutrition program to lose-fat…
I’ll admit it’s not the best way, but It CAN be done.

Another 3.2-lbs in 4 Days While Eating Junk Food During the Holidays
“I officially started the Vaporizor Program yesterday/Monday, July 6th (as far as the PSMF diet & taking my measurements - I still need to get a photo taken) and did Triple Fat Loss Matrix Workout #2.
However, I started the Vaporizor Workout on Friday, July 3rd at a friend’s gym using a barbell and then did the workout again at home on Sunday using dumbells. I ate a lot of junk over the Independence Holiday weekend, knowing that I would be starting the diet this week…

Oh, BTW, the reason I bought this program even with my $ being very tight is that I did your Triple Fat Loss Matrix Workout #4 just one time per week for 3 weeks in a row back in April (just 2 sets with 5 & 8 lb dumbells) and lost 4 lbs - that weight stayed off for a few weeks after I stopped doing any exercise but then life got really stressful and I started eating tons of junk…sigh…
The amazing thing about that 4 lb weight-loss back in April was that I only did Matrix #4 ONE day per week and only TWO sets each week - 7 minutes total per week! So working out only 3 times = a 4lb fat loss that I kept off for almost 3 weeks afterwards with a lot of emotional eating and absolutely no exercising!”

Burn more fat with morning cardio exercise?

I just finished reading a new British study that could have major implications on how many calories you burn during exercise.
According to the study, if a person exercises in the morning before their body reaches its peak temperature, you can exercise longer and more intensely…
Mainly because a cooler body delays overheating.
In the study, people riding a stationary bike in a Hot, humid room could push themselves 5.3 minutes longer at 6:45 a.m. as opposed to exercising at 6:45 p.m.
So, naturally, if you’re able to exercise longer you’ll be able to burn more calories.
And what’s even BETTER, is that the study was done in a HOT, HUMID room.
Since the temperature is usually much cooler in the morning, it can be argued that you should be able to push beyond the 5.3 additional minutes that the morning exerciser was able to perform over the afternoon exerciser.
…and burn even more calories…
So, if you’re trying to burn more fat, do you think it might be worth it to wake up a few
minutes earlier in the morning to knock out some cardio?

Keep A Flat Stomach

Alright, so someone I know really well (I can’t give out her name) has been doing weight watchers ™ for the past 3 weeks.
Okay, if you’ve read much of what I say and/or know a little about weight watchers ™, You might be able to guess what I’m about to tell you next.
Last night was her week 3 progress report/weigh in.
Week 1: 4.4 pounds lost
Week 2: 4.6 pounds lost
Week 3: 0.6 pounds lost
4 pounds per week for 2 weeks and then BLAM-O.. nothing, nada, zilch! Well, okay, 0.6 pounds. Big WHOOP.
So, if you know anything about weight watchers, then you know that they follow a points system. Meaning you can eat whatever you want as long as you don’t go over the number of points you’re allotted per day, okay?
Aight, here’s what happened after the week 2 weigh in.
She lost like 9 pounds, right, so based on her new weight her daily points were decreased by 2. Not a lot.
I’m not hatin’ on weight watchers, but this is a classic case of why diets fail miserably and why they can’t be sustained long term.
So, what happens if she keeps losing more and more weight? Does that mean that eventually she won’t be able to eat anything at all? I mean, she lost 9 pounds and she’s being punished by having food taken away from her..
Bullshit if you ask me.
So here’s why it matters to you
