Have you Seen This Yet?
If you haven’t, you might want to.
Here’s the Deal:
Some of us have a hard time losing-fat even when we’re doing everything right…
It can get dang right frustrating & confusing trying to figure this stuff out (sometimes).
But this new video about the Diet Solution Program Review shows us how by eating according to our “metabolic type” makes it a lot easier (and may be the reason why we struggle to lose-fat without knowing why)

Here’s a quick rundown about what I mean by the 3 “metabolic types”, what they mean, and what we can do
to make it work for us:
Protein Type -> chances are that you love food, and can’t get enough even shortly after you’ve just eaten -> resolved with a balance of slightly higher protein meals
Carb Type -> weak appetite, can get by on minimal food -> resolved with meals composed of more carbs than proteins or f-a-t-s.
Mixed Type -> appetite varies throughout the day, hungry at meals but not in between -> resolved with a mixture of high-fat and low-fat proteins as well as highstarch and low-starch carbohydrates.
But what if You don’t know what “Type” you are?
Simple, check out this video and it’ll tell you how to figure it out (plus it’ll show you a bunch of other really cool stuff):

I have looked at your 3 day rotation diet, carbs and protein. Do we keep strickly to only carbs and proteins?
For example if I have whole grain bread can I have cheese on it?
Thanks
