Everyday it’s best to start your day off with a great breakfast to kickstart your metabolism. Here’s just a few of my favorite breakfast meals:

1) Egg White Omlete w. Jalepeno & Bell Peppers: 7 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1 whole Jalepeno Pepper chopped, 1/2 Bell Pepper Chopped

2) 1 Full cup of Low Fat Cottage Cheese, 1 Cup Low Sugar Flavored Yogurt, 13 Almonds

3) Prograde Lean plus 1 Banana

4) Prograde Lean plus 1/2 cup of Oats
