		<description>Finally someone tells it like it is, I have been dropping 2 lb a week and drinking half bottle of whiskey 4 times a week with no appreciable muscle loss, coz I keep my calories in check and eat enough protein to maintain muscle mass. The real trick is first to cut out the mixers, the second is to not eat when your drinking (that's the hardest),the last is to stop listening to the nutrition Nazis who orgasm on self denial and pain. You basically can diet, train and have a life.</description>
