Good info Todd :)

Nice to see a step by step break down!

Exactly what most of us need.

The key is preparation! :)

Looking forward to the next part.

I really enjoy the no non-sense approach to training and how you give knowledge to the viewer and let them make their own informed decision. Thanks for being up front.

Hi Todd.
I found this so boring to read. This is where I lose it on trying to watch my weight. Family members bring in foods (that we all shouldn\'t eat) and bang there goes my plan - weak as it is. I resisted some choc wholemeal biscuits for 4 days then it got the better of me. Friends bring in foods when visiting or we got out and eat and I lose control. I let myself down and start again the following day. I need to be more decisive that I want this for myself but its a daily battle.

Todd,

Good information. I am curious though. In other blogs I have read from you, you indicate that cardio is not needed, and in most cases a waste of time to lose fat. I think the example you give is why you see the same women in a club day after day on a stair climber yet they look no different. Yet, in this blog you list cardio as one of three components to success? Curious if I am missing something.

Hi Todd--most of this is good stuff. However, in planning your meals, there is nothing about getting all the nutrients you need. All you mention is protein and veggies--nothing about varying the colours so you get all the vitamins, or how many servings of what should be included in a daily or weekly plan. This is not a complete guide to approaching the nutrition portion of a healthy weight-loss process. You can\'t live on broccoli and chicken breasts.
